Community Reminders

A few friendly reminders as we head into September! Rent is due on the 1st of the month, so be sure to submit your payment on time. Our landscaping team will also be on-site every Wednesday to help keep our community looking its best. Please make sure personal belongings are removed from grassy areas and patios as needed so our team can complete their work.

Fall Kickoff Breakfast

Celebrate the first day of fall with us on Tuesday, September 22! Stop by the leasing office on your way out in the morning for complimentary fall-flavored coffee and cozy pastries. We’ll have these fall treats available starting at 8am while supplies last, so come grab a little taste of fall to start your day!

Guess How Many?

Think you have a good eye? Stop by the leasing office throughout September and take a guess at how many pieces of candy are inside our fall-themed candy jar. The resident with the closest guess will win a $25 gift card! One guess per household, please. The winner will be announced at the end of the month.

Cowboys Watch Party

Football season is back! Join us in the clubhouse on Sunday, September 20 as the Dallas Cowboys take on the Washington Commanders. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:25 PM CT, so stop by before the game to grab a seat, enjoy some game-day snacks, and cheer on your favorite team with your neighbors. Feel free to wear your Cowboys gear or your favorite team colors!
