The fantastic Northside ISD schools are minutes from our community so children won't have far to go to school. Located on the border of Hwy 170 and I-35 with convenient access to shopping and ideally situated for easy traffic to and from work.

We love how quiet The Timbers at Westdale Demo is! The maintenance and management staff was very accommodating when we were looking for the perfect home for our family. We love all of the custom community amenities offered at The Timbers at Westdale Demo. My grown children do not live with us, and having separate adult and children's pool is perfect when you want to lounge by the pool and relax.
