The holidays are near, and we want to spread some cheer! <\/em>Join the Ultris Patriot Park staff and meet your neighbors at our upcoming holiday festvities…and get the change to win some prizes!<\/p>\n

Door Decorating Contest<\/h3>\n

Spread some holiday cheer and deck your door with lights and decor! First place will receive a $50 giftcard and runner up will receive a $25 giftcard! Winners will be announced on Wednesday, December 16, 2016 on the Cherry Creek Facebook Page<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Coloring Contest<\/h3>\n

We are excited to announce our holiday coloring contest! All children 12 and under are welcome to participate. Parents can pick up the coloring sheet in the office or print it out here. Bring in their masterpiece to the office before Sunday, December 6, 2015<\/strong>. Stop by the office or vote for your favorites on our Facebook page from December 7th – 11th. Winner will be announced on December 11th and will receive a $25 giftcard! <\/p>\n

Giftcard Giveaway!<\/h3>\n

We will be raffling off a $25 giftcard every Friday for the first three weeks in the month of December! Stop by the office to enter. Only one entry per household. A new entry must be made every week to enter.<\/p>\n

Holiday Party<\/h3>\n

Don't miss out holiday party at the Ultris Patriot Park Clubhouse on Saturday, December 19, 2015 from 3:00pm- 5:00pm! Have fun decorating cookies and ornaments and warm up with a cup of cocoa at our gourmet hot cocoa bar! Don't forget to wear your ugly Christmas sweater!
