Fall is almost here, and we’re ready to celebrate the season at The Timbers at Westdale!<\/strong> September is the perfect time to enjoy cooler mornings, cozy fall flavors, and a few fun community events with your neighbors. Take a look at what we have planned this month!<\/p>\n

Community Reminders<\/h3>\n

A few friendly reminders as we head into September! Rent is due on the 1st of the month<\/strong>, so be sure to submit your payment on time. Our landscaping team will also be on-site every Wednesday<\/strong> to help keep our community looking its best. Please make sure personal belongings are removed from grassy areas and patios as needed so our team can complete their work.<\/p>\n

Fall Kickoff Breakfast<\/h3>\n

Celebrate the first day of fall<\/strong> with us on Tuesday, September 22<\/strong>! Stop by the leasing office on your way out in the morning for complimentary fall-flavored coffee and cozy pastries. We’ll have these fall treats available starting at 8am while supplies last, so come grab a little taste of fall to start your day!<\/p>\n

Guess How Many?<\/h3>\n

Think you have a good eye? Stop by the leasing office throughout September and take a guess at how many pieces of candy are inside our fall-themed candy jar. The resident with the closest guess will win a $25 gift card<\/strong>! One guess per household, please. The winner will be announced at the end of the month.<\/p>\n

Cowboys Watch Party<\/h3>\n

Football season is back! Join us in the clubhouse on Sunday, September 20<\/strong> as the Dallas Cowboys take on the Washington Commanders<\/strong>. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:25 PM CT<\/strong>, so stop by before the game to grab a seat, enjoy some game-day snacks, and cheer on your favorite team with your neighbors. Feel free to wear your Cowboys gear or your favorite team colors!<\/p>\n
